The delivery team will set the item in place, level, and complete any basic connections.

If the item is in a carton, our professional delivery team will remove the item from the carton and remove all packaging items from the premises.This makes way for the new item to be set in place. The delivery team will relocate or haul away one old item to another location on the premises for each new item purchased.Hook-up and Haul-away are included.įor most products, Standard Delivery includes: The evening before your scheduled delivery date, you will receive an automated call confirming your delivery timeframe. You may be able to select a desired delivery date online while placing your order. Standard Delivery: Your item(s) will be delivered to you directly from our warehouse.Hook-up and Haul-away of the item and the packaging may be available at an additional charge. Hook-up of the item and haul-away of the packaging or debris is not included. Upon delivery, the item(s) will be brought into the first entryway on the first floor. You will be contacted by a store associate within 48 hours of item arrival in the store to schedule delivery to your home. Local Delivery: Your item(s) will be delivered to you by your locally owned and operated store.Once your delivery order has been placed, the delivery time will depend on the distance between your delivery address and the origin of the item you are having delivered*. You will receive a UPS tracking code via email once your order is ready to ship. The majority of orders will ship within 48 hours of order. Shipping time depends on factors such as processing time in our locations and UPS availability. Smaller, lighter weight items will be sent via UPS. The amount of time your order will be in transit varies according to item location, category, size, weight, and shipping/delivery type.
